  The kitchen and delivery staff are always nice and friendly, however whomever owns this store never gives them enough staff to handle their orders. Roughly half the time your order from this store will not be to your satisfaction because these people don't have the resources they need to handle the orders required of them. Don't eat here, not because the people are bad at their jobs, but because their store owner refuses to give them what they need to do said jobs.

  Poor service! Employee left in the middle of cutting my pizza, cashier had to finish it up. Food wasn't hot when I got home. When I left I saw about 4 or 5 employees outside on phones and smoking cigarettes while inside was 4 or 5 more customers waiting for their carryouts!

  Roughly 30 minutes late and when I called the woman who answered was a but rude. Didnt even offer anything to make up for their mistake.

  We ordered one large stuffed crust pizza. An hour and a half later we still did not get the food delivered to our house. We called to inform them of the late delivery and they said the pizza would be there within minutes. 15 minutes have gone by and the pizza still have not been delivered. We finally got a hold of the actual Pizza Hut location in Boone and the manager apologized and once again said the driver was in route. The pizza finally got delivered and it was cold and not very good pizza to begin with. Booo Pizza Hut, boo.
